Good evening everybody!
So I told you I would let you know today if I did any exercise last night. I actually did. It is amazing how tired you can be yet still determined to do what’s on your mind. Last night I did 3 miles. One walking, one jogging, one walking and jogging. No other way to feel better about calories than burning them up exercising.
Today after work I went to the park with a friend and we did two miles in 30 minutes. We walked 4 minutes, jogged 16 minutes, walked 4 minutes and jogged six minutes. Our goal is to increase our endurance each week on our jogging time till we can do three miles well.
I still need to cut back on my calories. I’m eating pretty well, I just like to snack at night. I’m not as bad as I used to be but there is room for improvement.
Some days it feels like there is not enough hours in a day to get everything done. Thankfully not much housework today and no cooking.
I need to do more exercises and stretching but by time I get the cardio in I’m wore out. I almost fell asleep after I got home but if I did that then I would stay up later than I already do.
I wonder why we crave the worst foods there is. I always crave, sugar,salt,fast food, or comfort food. I hope one day I will crave healthy foods but sometimes I wonder if it’s even possible. Right now I could go for anything I mentioned. Thankfully, I held back at the grocery store. I did buy some white chocolate covered peanut butter ghost, 90 cals a piece. I could have eaten a bag yesterday. I didn’t even eat one. That’s just because my husband and son beat me to it. Sometimes they come in handy that way.
