So I went to the Dr. and they don’t know for sure what I have ,they do think whatever it is it has almost run its course. So I just wait and see what happens next.
Was glad to see my Fitbit over 15,000 steps for the first time since last Wednesday. Still not jogging yet but walking at least which is better than nothing.
My eating was back on track today. We had leftover soup for dinner. My biggest problem is trying not to overdue it in crackers. A serving of five crackers just doesn’t cut it.
I had a strange lunch today, I didn’t prepare what I was going to take so I packed my kind bar,provolone cheese, and here is the strange part, Pumkin Spice Mini Wheats. These are really good with or without milk.
