Last night I had the munchies. Which isn’t good when you are dieting. So I’m confessing to those that read this. I decided to give into my cravings of peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. Didn’t really feel guilty until I started trying to calculate how many calories over I went.
So far today I’ve done good. I’m saying so far because you never know what the night is going to bring. I wasn’t stressed or at least I didn’t feel stressed last night when I satdown and ate it. I wasn’t really hungry. I just don’t know but I consumed at least a serving and 1/2 of each, which is a little over 400 calories.
I took soup and a kind bar for lunch today. I also survived on only one serving of crackers. That is also all I packed but it worked. It’s funny how it was fine to have just a few at work but if I was home I would have had two servings.
After work a friend and I went walking. We walked over 2 1/2 miles in 45 mins. So today I have 100 active minutes on my Fitbit and over 16,000 steps.
Hoping to try jogging again on Thursday!
