So how has been everyone’s Monday been? Mine has been tiring but not bad.
I worked today then came home and warmed me up a piece of pizza for dinner. I like eating with my family but usually the three days I work it doesn’t seem to work out that way. I try to have something made for them so they don’t have to wait.
My youngest sat with me while I ate. We went over her spelling words then we read our daily Bible reading.
I had intentions to go for a walk but I ended up taking a thirty minute nap. When I got up I did go outside but I just walked around the yard. I do have in over 15,000 steps and 66 active minutes. So I’m okay with that for today.
I learned if you do take the weekend off you have a lot to do when you come home from work on Monday. I am doing my second load of laundry and have another to do. My goal is to at least get them dried and folded before bed. We can put them away tomorrow. I am also fixing spaghetti for tomorrow’s dinner. This means leftovers for Wednesday. I still believe it was worth letting things go for a couple days even if I spend this evening making up for it.
My eating is pretty good today. What I mean by that is my calorie intake is good. I still need more vegetables in my diet. I have 500 calories left for the day, maybe I can get a veggie in.
