So glad to be home sweet home. I really enjoyed having the weekend with my family. I do cherish having us all together just a little bit more since my oldest started college. It’s sad when we have family time and she can’t be with us.
I started out eating good this morning. I had a boiled egg and half a yogurt. Then we stopped to eat on the way home. Where I had a burger, sweet potato fries and a slice of pecan pie.
Still stuffed and that has been over five hours ago. I hope not to feel this stuffed and bloated again till thanksgiving which is my next big cheat day.
I logged yesterday’s calories and went over 500 for the day. Today I am 250 over. So my goal this week is to be under my calorie goal everyday by at least 125 to make up for this weekend.
When I got home I only had around 3,000 steps, but that’s what happens when you’re in a car all day.
It was a little after six and not much daylight left and I felt like a stuffed zombie. I kinda still feel that way now. Anyway, I pushed forward and took a walk and got in all but 2,000 of my 10,000 goal. Then I walked in place in the house to get in the rest of my steps.
