I bet you’re wondering what’s in the bag. We will get to that in a minute.
So I had a pretty good day at work, I was just kinda tired. I came home after work and changed clothes and went to town and got groceries.
I have been craving Arby’s cheese sticks. I wanted a jr roast beef too. So many decisions to make.
So I bought the six piece mozzarella stick but hold on before you think I went and blew my diet. I only ate two, my youngest ate four. The two I had were as good as I remembered them to be. I Usually dip mine in ranch but I did without the added fat there. I did get a jr roast beef. I wanted fries with a cheese cup but I settled for one fry dipped in cheese. My daughter shares with me so well.
I have over 18,000 steps and over a 100 active minutes just from working. So I’m going to be getting 20,000 steps before bed. That will be three days in a row for me!
I already totaled my calories and with my Arby’s I have a little over 500 cals left with a 1550 allowance. Now fitness pal is giving me more than that with my exercise minutes but I’m trying to stay in my goal I made myself.
