What a busy day and evening. First work then youth night at church. I’m happy we had a good crowd and all 29 pumpkins have found a home. I did take a quick 20 minute nap so that helped.
We had hotdogs with homemade chili and I did give in. They were too good to pass up. I also ate two mini candy bars. I haven’t totaled up my calories yet but I don’t think I went over. I got in over 17,000 steps so that is good and 73 active minutes.
I would like to drink a cup of coffee with my Southern Butter Pecan creamer. If I did that though I would be up all night so I will save it for morning. I need to buy some decaf for evening time.
I notice I do seem to be losing inches in my legs but I would like to start losing inches in my back and arms. I have broad shoulders and the extra weight makes me look funny. I need to lose in my belly too but I already figure that will be last to come off. I’m just going to take it day by day. I will get there it just might take me longer than others.
