I was still wore out today from yesterday. I think that has to do with getting older. I came home and took a nap after taking the kids to school.
When I got up I did laundry , cleaned the house and fixed some chili.
I use lean beef so it’s actually low in calories and healthy. The unhealthy part was the ritz crackers. I did get the reduced fat ones.
I noticed I was low on my steps so I asked my youngest if she wanted to go for a walk. We went on a short walk down the hill and back. So the real exercise was walking back up the hill.
Still didn’t have in 10,000 so I walked around the couch till I did.
