Today was a very busy day! Haven’t been home long. Went to work, met my oldest for dinner at Arby’s and then had to get groceries.

I wish I had someone push my cart because I know I took way more steps than I got credit for. That’s okay though. I got in a little over 15,000 steps and over 67 active minutes.

Now my blog picture is what I had to eat at Arby’s. That is half of a small curly fry, two cheese sticks , Jr roast beef, and a cup of cheddar. This is a picture of what I had left after eating.

  
Hey every little bit left helps on calorie total at the end of the day. I have 400 calories leftover even after eating this for dinner.

Now I must go tuck kids into bed and do my plank challenge.
