Today was a good day. I got a lot done and I have the evening free. I like to get a lot things accomplished or I feel I wasted a day. Even when I take a break I still feel the need to do something. 

I have cleaned , done laundry, and made chicken and dumplings. I ate about 3/4 a serving. I added up my recipe on fitness pal. I may have added a little more calories but its better to be safe than sorry. It ended up being around 500 per serving. 

I got in my steps today and last night! It was a struggle but I got it done. I planked for a minute. Now that was a big struggle.

My youngest and I took a walk this evening down the hill and back up. Now I’m listening to my Christmas music waiting on my oldest, husband and son to get home. Some say it’s too early for Christmas music but I love it and I refuse for someone to tell me when I can and can’t listen to it. 

I had 1/2 a egg nog roll. I shared it with my youngest. Moderation is the key to dieting and staying happy at the same time.

I weighed today and I lost exactly a pound! This makes my day even better. I went back on my fitness pal and I was trying to see my weight loss/gain pattern. Not that I tracked it a lot in three yrs. I must of not tracked at all on the times I gave up.

Here’s my high and lows for the yrs 2013-2016 of what I recorded

2013 January,  154 lbs best weight I have recorded and the only one. That was a rough yr and the weight went up from there. So no more recording.

2014 low 161 in March by May 169 

2015 163 low June, 165 in May  August that yr I started working after being a stay at home mom for 15 1/2 yrs,  weight went up fast.

2016 February 175 high lowest is now at 169 November I didn’t record my high but at one time the scale stayed around 178. I started my weight loss journey at 177.5 

Hopefully next yr I will be lowest I’ve been since my teen yrs!
