It seems my Monday’s have been better but Tuesday’s are getting terrible. Okay that might be a little dramatic but they have been rough. Today was no exception.
I am physically and emotionally wore out from work today. I swear my body is going to fall apart before I get it in shape.
I really wanted to stop and get some cheese sticks on the way home but I didn’t. I came home and fixed Brussel Sprouts with melted cheese on top. Everyone else had leftovers. They are never interested in my healthy food.
For a nice treat I cut up a 100 calorie fudge bar and sprinkled some coconut and a few dark chocolate morsels on top.
I have almost 16,000 steps in and 60 active minutes. I would like to get in more but I’m exhausted.
I did do 150 crunches last night, regular and reverse.
I was going to do some leg exercises tonight but I don’t know if I can find the energy.
I had high hopes for this evening. Life just doesn’t always work out the way you want it to.
