Good evening! 

Hope everyone survived this Monday! I have to say I have had a pretty good day. It started off rough. I did not sleep well last night I just couldn’t rest. My Fitbit said I slept 4hrs and 24 minutes and in that time I woke up once and was restless 11 times. So I got up two hours earlier than usual. It ended up being a good thing.

I was able to get laundry sorted which helped me get it started faster after I got home this evening. Then I did 30 mins on my new simply fit board. 

This new board I bought is one you balance on and twist. It’s kinda fun and it is great to do while watching TV. There is other exercises but I haven’t watched the DVD yet to see what all I can do. So for now I just twist. It’s an early Christmas present.

I have also had 5 cups of coffee ,so when I crash I think I will sleep just fine tonight.

I have ate well today. I had chili in the freezer so I warmed it up for dinner. I have had three peppermint kisses. I’m pretty full from drinking coffee all day so I shouldn’t have to worry about going over in calories.

I have in 18,000 steps but I’m going all the way to 20,000 before bed. 

So all in all it’s been a great day!
