I hope everyone has had a great day. It has been a pretty relaxing one for me.
Church this morning to start the day right. Then I came home and I fixed something to eat. I made cheeseburgers but not the really high calorie ones. I used lean beef, half a piece of cheese, and half a bun for mine. Then I had some blackberries, coconut, a few dark chocolate chips, and a 1/4 cup of yogurt for dessert.
My step total is not going to be as high as last night. I did get in a little over 12,000 steps and 77 active minutes so I’m pleased with that.
I have plenty of calories left that should keep me under. Hopefully between yesterday and today I will have successfully burned off thanksgiving dinner and leftovers.
So now I am relaxing watching a Christmas movie with the family. Minus my college girl who had to go back to school.
