So last night I did manage to get the steps needed to be back on track for the week.
Because I knew I would be going to town I did get in most of my steps before leaving. I also only ate a granola bar because I know we like to eat out when we go to town also.
Now I did pretty good at dinner. We went to the Olive Garden. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. I did leave maybe 1/2 cup of sauce in the bowl. I had a small plate of salad and only 1/2 a breadstick.
Family outings are great but fattening. I couldn’t resist when my husband decided we all should go get milkshakes. Plus where we went had to have a limited flavor that I love; Eggnog!
Then and I’m ashamed to admit it but we also went to Krispy Kreme. Maybe it’s good we don’t have the money or time to go on family outings to town very often lol.
One thing I missed was my oldest being with us. I texted her a lot to try and include her. I miss her when she doesn’t make it home on weekends.
I haven’t added my food yet but I’m going to when I get home to see how much I went over. I’m trying not to drink all my milkshake but it’s very good.
I have in my steps and 56 active minutes so that’s a plus.
