So today is what I would call a lazy day. I took the kids to school and came home with allergies causing me to feel blah. So I took a long morning nap.

Then I got ready to go to a meeting at work. Afterwards I went to see my college girl and had dinner with her. I just got some chicken tenders and fries. I only ate one and a 1/2 of the tenders so I saved some calories there.

Now my steps are another story. I only have half my goal in. Considering I have spent a total of two hours sitting in a car driving and 45 mins for a meeting. I’m not shocked also I don’t get steps while pushing a grocery cart. If your arms don’t move you get no credit for your feet lol.

On a plus side I really have no appetite today.I also weighed myself today. It’s been two weeks since thanksgiving and I’m pretty much where I was before thanksgiving minus a few ounces. 

Tomorrow is another day!
