So guess who just woke up from an hour and 1/2 nap. I did get up at 4:20 this morning. My Fitbit said I got 5 hours of sleep last night. 

I actually wasn’t too tired till I got still. I came home from work straightened up a little, fixed dinner and not long after crashed on the couch.

We had our Christmas party at work today. That is why I went in early today. It was a nice party but I did not diet at all while there. I did try to eat small spoonfuls of things instead of heaping ones like usual. 

I’m going to start back doing better right after Christmas and do some real diet and exercise January 1st. I have a exercise challenge starting on the 9th. I seem to do good on challenges. I don’t know if it’s because I’m competitive or it’s just easier when someone diets with you. Probably a little of both. 

I have in a little over 15,000 steps and 52 active minutes. So I haven’t been a complete failure today.
