Happy Sunday everyone!
It has been another cold day for me. I stayed in the house all day trying stay warm. Every time someone came in or went out of the house I got cold. I’m cold now sitting here blogging.
So my college girl had to leave today. So I made a nice breakfast before she left. I only ate a small portion of scrambled eggs which I made with my unsweetened almond milk. I really wanted biscuits and gravy but I managed to control my cravings.
After she left I did my workout video. I got in my steps by walking in place and 60 active minutes while watching a movie with my family minus one.
For dinner the family had hamburgers. I made homemade hummus and made myself a wrap.
I am ready for this challenge to start tomorrow. I took my before picture and measurements and weighed in. Talk about a eye opener. If this doesn’t get me doing better nothing will. I have 24 pounds to lose by September 1rst. So I need all the encouragement I can get.
The kids get another snow day tomorrow but I have to go to work. I dread going out in the cold. Thankfully, it’s supposed to warm up by the middle of the week.
