Happy Saturday! 

How is everyone’s weekend going so far? 

Today I started off kinda slow like a turtle. My body was sore head to toe from the yoga poses I managed to do yesterday. 

It’s ten o’clock here and I just finished stretching exercises along with getting a little over 13,000 steps with 60 active minutes. The stretching exercises was fun because I did them with my youngest. 

I guess you could say I had a cheat day but it wasn’t too bad. I started off with boiled eggs for breakfast, fruit and yogurt for lunch, (here’s the cheat part) two thin crust slices of veggie pizza, and 1/2 a breadstick. I don’t think that is bad at all. Dessert though I had a mini Milky Way (100 calories). 

The only thing I think I really did bad for me health wise was drink a Diet Coke. I have cut back to where it’s only once to twice a week. Before it was once a day, sometimes two depending on how bad my day was going.

I weighed in today and now I have 22.3 pounds to go to reach my goal! So if anyone has any recipes or exercises to share I would love to hear from you!
