Today was a pretty relaxing day.

I went to church this morning, and came home hungry. I usually do because besides juice and my vitamins that’s all I have time for.

We kinda each just found and fixed our own lunches. I made myself a lean pocket. Then I got a sweet tooth so I made a angel food cake. Usually, I put a lot of chocolate frosting on it but I left it as is. Then I added a tsp of chocolate frosting on top of mine. For dinner I made the 150 calorie spaghetti with the lite health smart sauce.

When I got my serving of spaghetti it looked very small. It surely wasn’t going to fill me up. So I added a 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes and chilies and 1/2 cup of black beans. It made my bowl full and it was filling.

With it being Sunday we pretty much took the day and did as little as possible. I did get in my steps with 60 active minutes from walking. I also did 15 minutes of stretching. 

So, that’s how my diet/exercise went today.
