I don’t know how your weather has been. Here where I am has been just a rainy day without rainbows. I guess after a good day yesterday I shouldn’t complain. 

Today I had to get back on track with my diet and exercise. So far today I have done pretty good. I made Ziti for my family but I had a smart ones  (frozen entree) three cheese ziti that was a lot less calories. 

For exercise I did a mile on the elliptical and a workout video. I’m still trying to not only lose weight but increase my range of motion. Maybe one day I will be able to touch my toes again. My muscles are so tight I can’t bend far at all. 

Today I cleaned house and did laundry. The never ending job of a wife and mother.

I have in a little over 13,000 steps with 100 active minutes. I’m going to try to get 15,000 in before bed.

So that’s how my diet/exercise is going today!
