Hope you are having a great weekend so far!
Today has been a good day. The sun shined here all day. I mainly enjoyed it from inside because it was still cold.
Fixing dinner worked out good on my diet. They had fried steak and gravy. I had steak in my healthy skillet (no oil required). They had mashed potatoes I had butter beans. They make a great alternative to mashed potatoes. They had green beans with butter and I had steamed broccoli.
Today is my husbands birthday which lead to my downfall . Ice Cream Cake! Now I didn’t eat a big piece. It was more like a half a serving. Still more calories that I don’t need.
I did workout and I got in over 15,000 steps and over 100 active minutes. Hope that burned some calories.
The rest of my day has been spent doing laundry and cleaning up the kitchen. One more load to go!
