The weekend is almost over. It went by fast. At least for me it did.
Right now we are waiting to see if there is going to be snow. The kids are praying for a snow day. Probably be very late tonight or morning to know for sure.
We went to church this morning than afterwards there was a dinner. I tried to do very small portions so I wouldn’t start the week off with a bad eating day.
When I came home I got cold so I went and laid down and took a nap. When I got up I was still cold. I truly believe I have bad circulation. I decided it was time to not only warm up but to get in some cardio/exercises.
So I put the TV on a new prime tv series and worked out. I got warm and my steps in with 80 active minutes. I did some cardio with jumping. I need to work on not being so stiff. I did some jumping jacks, (pretend) jump rope, and high knees. I also worked on my upper body some. I couldn’t do a lot at one time. I would walk a little then do a few reps of one of jumping exercises and repeat. Sometimes I would walk in place while doing arm circles.
Things that are easy for most is actually hard for me. I just take one day at a time. The main thing is I’m trying.
I still have 500 calories left for the day. I even lost 1/3 of a pound. Not much but I’m also retaining water so maybe in a few days the scale will show more of a loss.
