Happy Hump Day!
Today I had to work and I usually worry about my day the night before. Which I did last night. Once you have a few stressful days you seem to automatically think it’s going to be that way every time. So I just said an extra prayer and today was a good day. Still tiring but a good day nonetheless.
My eating has been more good than bad today. I’ve had chicken,cheese,eggs, etc. my worst part was I did have a Diet Coke and a single pack of chips. So probably 80/20 with 80 being good. Which is great to me especially for a work day.
I had 15,000 steps in from work alone and 25 active minutes. I could have left it at that. I chose to push myself and did some cardio with arm exercises. Now I have over 20,000 steps and 67 active minutes.
I think I deserve my ounce of dark chocolate now and to relax for the rest of the evening.
