Today was much better for me than yesterday!
I have had a very productive day. I got the house straightened and clean. Then I decided my bedroom needed a makeover. So I moved everything around. Still not sure where I got the strength to do so but I did it.
I could have got my strength from the precooked bacon, boiled eggs and very small pancake I had for breakfast. It sounds like a lot of calories but it was only 355. It was also very filling. For lunch I only had some French bread and olive oil. Sounds strange I know but it’s good. My calories are good for the day.
I even made my husband his favorite meal. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. I only had a bite to make sure it was good. It’s not my favorite meal so no temptation there.
I got my steps in for the day with 50 active minutes. I’m starting to feel sore and I have a few new bruises. It was worth it, my room looks great. It’s time to sit and relax for awhile.
