So today was grocery shopping day. I also went and got my hair done. Which means I did a lot of sitting. So when I got home my Fitbit only had about 2,500 steps on it. This was at 3:00. I put groceries away and sat down some more. I didn’t sleep well last night so a nap sounded pretty good. I managed to fight sleep and stay awake.

I now have almost 14,000 steps with 100 active minutes from dancing to the 80’s. I knew just walking around in circles was going to get me no where today. So I stepped up my game. It was a lot of fun and I got my sweat on.

Now, I did get a cheeseburger from McDonald’s today. That was all though no fries. Other than coffee and juice I’ve not really had anything else. I’m going to have a lean cuisine here when I get done blogging and a yogurt. So I’m happy with how I did with my diet/exercise. I could have easily ate a jr mac and fries and not exercise because I was tired. So considering the choices I would of made to the ones I did instead I’m satisfied with my day.
