So today was my oldest daughters birthday. I had to work a half a day then I went and had lunch with her. I had to go buy groceries too but it’s been a great day!

I came home put the groceries away. It was going on four but the weather was just to nice to stay in. So my youngest and I went on another walking adventure.

I got a little over 25,000 steps and 215 active minutes. I had a 103 of those just from work alone. 

Now I’m trying to find the energy and strength to finish the laundry. I usually put laundry first before fun but not today.

For lunch I had the chicken salad sandwich and sweet potato fries. Not good or really bad calorie wise. I think I burned it off walking. So I’m happy with myself. I hadn’t ate anything for breakfast and I’m eating light for dinner.

So that’s my diet/exercise for today!
