Happy Hump Day!
How is your week going? Mine has been pretty good.
Today I tried to get the house cleaned up and laundry caught up since I have to work the next two days. I made a pot of chili so I won’t have to cook when I get home. I made it with lean beef so it’s healthy and low calorie. Long as I don’t go overboard on crackers like I did last time.
We had youth tonight at church. My friend is great at making desserts and she made cherry coke cupcakes for snack tonight. (Blog Photo) I left myself calories because I knew she was making them. They were amazing!
Last night when I wrote my blog I was 1000 short from my goal. I got in 16,000 before bed with 124 active minutes. I told you I would get them in! Tonight I have 15,000 steps and 79 active minutes. I might try for 1000 more but I need to be winding down for bed.
I’m still under in calories even with my cupcake. I’m happy with myself today.
