I did not want to get out of bed this morning. I set the alarm to go off ten minutes earlier. When it went off I set it for ten minutes later. In the end I  got up my regular time I usually do for work. Trying the ten minutes earlier again tomorrow lol.

I had a good day at work. It wasn’t stressful and the only hard part was mopping with a twenty pound mop head. Okay, I might be exaggerating a little but they are heavier than the old ones we had. 

This is the part of the month I retain water so the scale did not budge. Even though I know why it still upsets me.

I ate fairly well , I just can’t seem to drop the can a pop a day when I work. When I’m home I do great. When at work it just seems to help my day be better.

I have in 13,000 steps so far with 44 active minutes just from work. I like to at least see it get to 15,000 before bed. I made it to 20,000 yesterday.

It’s been a rainy gloomy day. Supposed to be stormy tomorrow and then get colder. Spring can not get here fast enough.

That’s my diet/exercise blog for today.
