Woke up this morning to flurries. I was afraid I was going to have to postpone going to town, but I just had to put it off for a couple hours.
The girls and I had a fun day out of shopping and eating out. I was worried about calories. However, I think I’m going to get them burned off.
I took a walk up the mountain and back this evening. I’m very proud of myself because it was really cold and windy. Now I’m walking around my couch trying to win a Fitbit challenge. I’m up to 22,000 steps with 163 active minutes.
Here is my plate I had at China Town. This was breakfast and lunch for me.
Then here it is national PI day so I had to make a pie. I made a coconut pudding pie with reduced fat crust. It ended up being 320 calories.
So even though my food wasn’t diet friendly, I feel I did a good job burning the calories.
That’s how my day went today!
