Today has been one of those days. I have been tired and cranky all day lol. I am feeling better after I jogged and prayed it all out. I jogged one mile in 10:31 and walked a lap and jogged another one in 10:53. Very happy with those times! 

Steps in with 67 active minutes. I noticed I’ve been working out harder but less time. However, I’m eating better. I’m just glad the scale is going down. Hope it keeps going in that direction.

I made spinach chips today. I doubt if I make them again. It was like eating air with salt. I might try the kale chips. They are a little thicker so maybe it will be more satisfying. I made some carrot fries in the oven. Those were good. I still like sweet potatoe fries better. Dinner was steak, baked potato, and salad.
