Today was pretty good day!
It started out kinda boring. It was laundry day so that and housework first. Then before I knew it, it was time to go pick up the kids from school.
The kids had a basketball game they wanted to go to this evening. Not my idea of fun but it wasn’t too bad. I’m just not into any kind of sport.
We had a little bit of time before we had to leave so my husband and I took a four wheeler ride on top the mountain. Once up there we did some walking. We had a nice time together. There just wasn’t enough time to walk everywhere we wanted.
I only got in my step goal due to spending hours on a bench. My body needed the rest anyway from jogging yesterday. I woke up feeling I had been beaten in my sleep. Planning on jogging again tomorrow evening. Can’t let a little arthritis and inflammation get me down.
I had salad for lunch and I made a lighter version of chicken fried rice for dinner. I took water to the ballgame and a granola bar. I also had a couple handfuls of my sons popcorn.
