I’m writing this a little earlier than usual. I’m getting ready to go to church so I thought I would go ahead and get my blog done for today.

It’s been an absolutely beautiful day. I’m sitting outside on the deck as I write this.  

I’ve been tired a lot more lately.  It takes a half a day for me to get any energy. I’ve been like this since I stopped eating after 8pm. My body isn’t adjusting to the change very well. Hope it gets used to it soon.

I almost have my steps in. It’s only a little after six so I think I can manage about 1500 more before bed. I have a little over 60 active minutes. 

Eating was mostly like yesterday since we had leftovers for dinner. Instead of eggs for breakfast I just went for juice and I had a protein shake for lunch.

That’s my diet/exercise blog for today! 

I better go finish getting ready for church!
