Today was a cool, wet, blah of a day. Or it was in my book.

I cleaned and did laundry today. That could be some of blah. 

Still looking forward to tomorrow and Sunday. I hope I’ve not set myself up for a fall. Have you ever looked forward to something so much it ended up being not near as great as you planned it to be?

Let’s get on with the diet/exercise info for today.

I tried the green drink again today. This time I added a half a cup of protein powder to it. It tasted a lot better. There was no grassy taste afterwards like yesterday.

Dinner we had hotdogs! I have been craving them for a couple weeks. Might have something to do with the warmer weather. Makes me think it’s almost time for a weanie roast. I found some lean beef franks for only 60 calories each. This made me happy. Something for me and my family. 

I made a dessert out of a sweet potato. I used one baked sweet potato. Not the skin of course, added about a Tbls and 1/2 of honey, unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1/2 cup of lite cool whip. Mixed it really good and refrigerated. I added a few pistachios and dark chocolate chips on top. It was enough for two people so I shared with my youngest. There was no way the boys would have tried it and my oldest is at college. My youngest sweetly ate most and then told me she didn’t care for it lol. I liked it pretty good. The avocado pudding was better though.

Exercise was merely walking in place while watching a movie with my youngest. I managed to get all my steps in with 77 active minutes.
