Today I had to work. Been awhile since that has happened. I work tomorrow too. I really enjoyed seeing the residents and my work family.
I forgot how tired I am when I get home and how I want to eat at everything in the house. I did good at work, I packed a healthy lunch and snack. When I got home I ended up eating some chips just because they were there. I also ate some corn nuggets. Just a serving of both but not good choices. I’m still in my calorie range for the day so that’s a plus.
I still have a snack left for the day so I’m trying to find something healthy! I’m thinking either a Larabar or protein shake.
It’s been a rainy day today. No storms though. I didn’t really mind since I was at work. It has cooled down too. So no jogging outside today. I thought about getting on my treadmill but I’m exhausted. I came home and straightened the house up with the little it of energy I had left.
I do have in almost 17,000 steps and over 60 active minutes. I might try to get in more steps later or I might just go to bed earlier. I’ve only had about 5 1/2 hours of sleep each night for the last three days. I think it might have caught up with me today.
