Somehow I forgot to post this for yesterday!

Today was a good day. I had a lot of housework to get done since I worked yesterday. 

I had the dryer,washer, and dishwasher going all at the same time. It was also a nice day out. I needed to get a workout in so I went outside on my deck and did a exercise video I found online. Good thing I don’t have neighbors.

I got in over 14,000 steps for the day and 74 active minutes.  I’m over my goal so I’m going to be happy with that.

Eating was pretty good today. I’m in my calorie range and plan on not going over.  I’ve let some obstacles get in my way the last few days and that’s all it seems to take to ruin my healthy lifestyle. I always go to food for comfort but the comforting feeling goes to feeling uncomfortable real quick. Especially the next day when I get up feeling bloated and miserable.

Getting back on track is easy but staying on it is hard.
