Feeling much better today. Just took a little while to get going. Once I did though I was able to get the laundry done and house cleaned.
Steps are in with over 85 active minutes. I did most of it walking outside. I am loving this warm weather.
Eating was pretty good today too! Let’s just hope the scale will go down in a few days. Otherwise I’m going to be upset.
However, if stress really does play a big part in weight I could be in trouble. I’ve been stressed all week.
I’m thinking of taking Zumba training so I can teach it. Just thinking though nothing definite.
