How is everyone’s Monday been?
I worked today so I’m pretty tired this evening. I do have in over 21,000 steps and 145 active minutes. That makes me pretty happy about my exercise for today. I got most of the steps and minutes at work but I did some exercise at home.
I looked up some Zumba tutorials to see how hard it would be to learn the basic steps. Some is harder than others. I have till Thursday to make up my mind if I’m going to go take the instructor class.
My eating was much better than the weekend but I still failed a little. It’s just so hard to come home after work hungry and not have anything ready to eat. Especially, something healthy to eat. I don’t go back to the store till Thursday so I’m going to have to get creative.
