Today my struggle is the blahs. It’s one thing feeling discouraged it’s another when you’re not sure why. I think it’s stress, too much on my mind.
Stress is definitely hard on the body. It’s also bad for the waistline. Sent up a extra prayer today. Praying for a better day tomorrow.
I haven’t got in my steps yet but I’m close and I will. I have 48 active minutes today. Getting a little better at Zumba. Have till tomorrow to make up my mind.
Eating has been good today. I had a big sweet craving so I made some healthy no bakes with coconut oil and peanut butter powder.
