Today started out with me being tired and exhausted from yesterday. Going to town wore me out. I finally just got up and started getting the house straightened up.
Today is my rest day. I’m going to try to rest from heavy cardio twice a week. Still going to get my 30 minutes of active minutes if it’s just by taking a walk. That being said, I have 110 active minutes today and already over 14,000 steps. I couldn’t help myself once I got the music going. Who knew I would love Latin music so much.
I do wear compression socks in the evening to help with my ankles. I have to be careful or I will be back to limping in the mornings when I get out of bed.
My eating has been okay. I had almonds and cheese for lunch and I had a little pasta for dinner. Snacks were a mini beef stick and fiber one cookie with unsweetened cashew milk. Not together of course. I’m not sure what I’m having for my last snack.
It’s a beautiful evening out so I’m going to go enjoy it!
