Today has been a long day!
I came home this morning straightened the house then started on my new songs for Zumba. I took it easier today because I was sore from yesterday. It wasn’t the good sore either. It was you overdid sore.
I managed to get in over 17,000 steps today with 96 active minutes. I had an hour from this morning and the rest I got after I got home from grocery shopping. Even though I have that many steps I still didn’t move as fast as yesterday.
The girls went with me to buy groceries. We met my aunt in town and had lunch at Dairy Queen. I had a cheeseburger, fries, and a carmel sundae. It sounds bad but considering that all I had was juice for breakfast my calorie totals are still under for the day.
