Yes! It’s finally Friday!

I am feeling much better today. I finished my new Zumba song and almost have another one done. What a big difference not working makes when it comes to learning my moves. I guess I came home tired and couldn’t get my full momentum going. Let’s hope I can keep it until I get my whole playlist done.

Today I’ve ate very well. I made a beet smoothie. It kinda tasted like tomato juice, which is weird since it had no tomatoes in it. Just beets, spinach, pears, pineapple, and turmeric for inflammation. I did have a homemade cocoa pebbles marshmallow treat. I’m happy with my food choices today. I ate more than that but those are new to my food diary.

I’ve got over 17,000 steps in and 107 active minutes. My nutrition goals are all good too!
