Guess what day it is? It’s Monday and laundry day! So, now you know what I’ve done for half the day.
Woke up feeling not my best today. I planned on not taking a nap but after being up three hours I had to lay down. When I got up I felt somewhat better.
I managed to get in my workout. Tried to get another one in but it’s almost impossible after the kids come home from school. I would start and get interrupted. Thankfully, I have 9 1/2 songs done. When I reach 12 my playlist will be done.
I have my steps in and 69 active minutes. I guess that’s not too bad considering how my day started out. I won’t be getting much more steps counted today since I have to charge my Fitbit before bed.
I’m under calories for the day and plan to stay that way. I’ll be okay as long as I can keep the munchies away.
