How’s your weekend going so far?

Today,  I got up up and went and hung up Zumba and VBS signs. Then I came home and straightened the house and did a load of laundry. When I got all my housework I needed to do done it was time to workout. So I did my Zumba class like I will be doing in a week and two days. Still have some rough spots. Cueing is a lot harder to do than I expected. I just gotta keep on practicing.

I’ve done well on my calories and nutrition totals. They are easier to keep under when you exercise a lot. I’ve got in over 17,000 steps with 124 active minutes.
