Writing my blog early today. I have a Zumba class tonight and by time I get home I’ll have to get things ready for work tomorrow and try to get in bed before midnight.
I’m sore today! I don’t know if it’s from all the dancing I did yesterday or if I slept wrong or it could just be arthritis. That’s the thing about getting older, you’re never sure what’s causing your pain. No matter what it’s best to keep on moving.
I did practice a little today. So I have in half my steps with 45 active minutes. With Zumba class tonight I should have no problem getting the rest of my steps and doubling those active minutes.
I weighed in today and I am up 1/2 a pound. It’s from all the birthday celebrating I did last week. Doing much better this week so far. Trying to cut back on my sugar. This is very hard to do. Everything has hidden sugar. I drank 1/2 cup of 💯 percent apple juice and it has 14 natural sugar. I’m not sure if it is better or still effects your body the same.
I better get ready to go!
