Yesterday, I met all my goals except for the sodium. Today, I met everything so far but sugar. I made some treats for Father’s Day and I had to try them to make sure they were edible.
I almost have in my steps with 64 active minutes. I had Zumba class tonight. I’ll have my goal in before bed time.
Other than the sweets I tried to eat good. Banana for breakfast, Ham and lettuce wraps for lunch and a 1/2 a serving of pasta for dinner.
Now, I’m going to go get ready to watch some TV with the family. Except I’ll be walking in place rather than sitting down. Have a great night!
