I can’t believe I have only 64 more days of blogging and my year will be up.
The next two months I have a lot of work to do. Right now I am working on not eating after 8pm. I made it last night without eating anything. If I can do this for the 64 days I have left or at least the majority of them I will reach goal. I hope so anyway!
I’m not really going to count my calories for a week. Just cutting portions and getting in my exercise. This might sound crazy and it might be. However, if it works then I will be able to stop tracking everything I eat and be able to do it more mindfully. It’s a week, it may or may not work. The scale will tell when I weigh in. I just think if I stop snacking at night then I’ll have my biggest problem overcome.
I have a little less than a thousand steps to get in. I have 76 active minutes also. Over half those minutes is Zumba.
I’ve had another busy and productive day. I’m going to get the rest of my steps in and call it a night!
