Sweat, Sweat, Sweat, is what I’ve done most today lol.
I started water sealing our small deck today. I did half of it and came in for lunch. Then went and finished it. It was pretty warm out today but I just pretended I was in a sauna lol.
I did a few things around the house and then I did what I like to do best. Practice my Zumba songs. I add in two new songs per month. I’m now working on October songs. I’m pretty excited because I’ve always wanted to do Thriller. So, that is the one I’m working on now. Considering it is pretty hard it will probably take me the whole month of July before I can get it down.
I’ve got almost 16,000 steps and over 100 active minutes. It’s after 8pm so no more eating for me. I’ve been good for two days, let’s hope I keep it up. Remember, I’m trying to just live a no diet life with no eating in the evenings. I’m still planning on exercising during the week. I’m weighing in next week to see if the scale moves for me or not. If it works I’ll keep it up, if not I’ll try something else.
