Got up this morning and did laundry and cleaned house. It’s been hot here this week. The heat index is supposed to reach 100. While I was waiting on the clothes to dry the kids and I got in the pool.
I had Zumba tonight , I also have in my steps with 60 active minutes. I’m under calories for the day. Little over on sodium though. I’ve been tracking calories better but I still need to work on no eating at night. It’s just a struggle to break bad habits.
My husband has ate the same snack food for work everyday since we been married. He has taken a Little Debbie honey bun to work for 17 yrs. I on the other hand do not like to eat the same thing over and over. Doesn’t matter if it’s healthy or not I get tired of the same food. So, what I’m getting at is lol. I have a new snack I’ve been eating. It’s the Think Thin bars. They make me feel like I’m eating something bad for me but they’re pretty healthy. Just wanted to share in case you’re like me and wanted something different. They have 20 grams of protein too.
