I’m wore out tonight. Had a great evening at the ice cream social we had at church. I stayed busy so I was able to get in my steps and I have 98 active minutes for the day. I didn’t even eat any ice cream. Not sure how that happened exactly.
My eating has been good today. I had a lean cuisine for lunch and a piece of thin crust cheese pizza for dinner. My belly is actually growling right now. So, I’m going to try and find something filling and low in calories for a snack.
