Feeling somewhat better today. Still a little sore and tired, but better. I did manage to get my steps in last night. I just made myself get up and walk in place. I ate way too much yesterday and I didn’t plan on failing at exercising too. I ended up with 110 active minutes and over 14,000 steps. I need 4000 steps more for today and if I have to walk in place later to get them, I will.
I did do a little better on eating today. Except, I went over on my grams of sugar. Which I do too much. I had breakfast then we had breakfast for dinner. That means a little maple syrup here and preserves there. Everyday is a struggle. I’m not over on calories though.
